Gift Voucher Terms and Conditions

Nominal Voucher: The gift voucher is personal and can only be used by the selected person.

Validity: The gift voucher is valid for one year from the date of purchase.

Booking Activation: Once purchased, the gift voucher is operational for making a reservation.

Payment: To activate the gift voucher, 100% of the payment is required.

Hotel Availability: The hotel is open year-round, and the gift voucher can be used throughout the year, including weekends.

Cancellation Policy: The same cancellation policy applies to gift vouchers as to regular bookings. Cancellations made within 7 days of the arrival date, or no-shows, will result in the full amount of the reservation being charged.
